went to foot solutions today."brenda" helped my wife out.wife has plantar fascities and asked her what shoes would help.brenda spent 45 minutes with us explainning what causes it and what's needed to help it.brenda was patient and helped out alot.my wife purchased pair of shoes with inserts and a pair of rubber sandals made for her condition.we can not rave enough about "brenda" and all her knowledge.

I have been to this store numerous times, I have Bought several pairs of shoes from Bella flip flops to new balance tennis shoes. I live across town and love going to this store for my support shoes. The staff is very friendly and take their time helping each customer to ensure you get exactly what you need. The shoes I have purchased have helped so much with my back issues, if it weren't for this staff I would not have bought any. I have ordered several things from them and received my things within a week.

I was recently informed by my Doctor that I have Plantar Fasciitis. I Purchased a pair of Oofos Thong/Slippers & Orthotic Arch support inserts for my combat boots. Pricey items but i can already feel the comfort and support my feet & knees need. Carman was extremely educational and supportive of my concerns. i expressed the pain i endure daily and what my Doctor advised me of and she immediately got down on the floor to examine my feet, my arches, my current shoes, my current slippers and the way i walked. I found service pretty awesome. But not well stocked. In my experience, I needed to have everything ordered in. So far, I've bought in-house slippers that were phenomenal. I've been convinced that these Joya shoes will help with my fasciitis, but are super expensive. Just bought them today. Joya shoes not helpful at all! Found that the slippers and physical therapy best way around fasciitis. Good thing I got the slippers here!

Due to horrible foot pain in my arches I went looking for Foot Solutions. I had received a mailer and thought what the heck - give it a shot. I am so glad I did. Even though the place was busy - the staff remained calm and cheerful. Apparently they were down 2 others that day but they 2 pulled it off. They remained calm through out and the young lady (Brenda?) provided excellent customer service. I ended up getting 2 pair of sandals and my feet feel better already. Thanks you guys - Great Job.

I have been using an insert in my shoes for going on 20 years because of plantar fasciitis which has been effective in reducing the pain when I walk long distances. Recently the pain has returned even on short walks with my dog so I stopped at this store. The person helping me was very informative suggesting that the inserts need to be replaced every 5 years and that my shoe size had changed. Although I did not end up buying one of their inserts, she remained very cheerful and helpful.
