Went in looking for a specific brand. The associate showed me the pair with slip resistance (needed for job) and measured my feet for size. She brought out 2 sizes. I tried them on and mentioned some tightness on the inside near my arch. She explained how these shoes have arch support in the insole and asked me if it felt tight or that there was just pressure from the support. Made sense to me as I normally wear chucks or flip flops. Shoes felt great so I purchased them. Visit was pleasant and pretty straight forward. While ... read more

If you are in the market for fair honest and friendly foot help you have come to the right place. I have very high arches and thought maybe I was just choosing the wrong type of shoe but after being educated personally by the stores owners I found out that custom fit Orthotics would not only help my feet and knees but also alleviate some back pain. The time and attention given to me every time I see them is superior in every way. Thanks again for the better understanding of proper shoe fit too!

I had a wonderful experience at this store. I came in to find shoes that would help me balance out my bad hip when I walk. The customer service that I received was very impeccable. They knew exactly what to help me with. I was there for a little over an hour, and that was to make sure I was happy with the shoes I was purchasing. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family!!!

I love this store. They're very friendly, helpful and professional. I was looking for a quick fix for my work shoes and Carmen and her husband were very kind and helpful to assist me by putting inserts inside my shoes at no charge. They're not just trying to make money out of your pocket, they're hard working people providing great customer service. We need more businesses like this.

I like the fact that they have a customer history so I can pick up my wife's inserts. However...when I know what I want and could be in and out in 5 min or less, there is NO reason for me to have to wait for 20 minutes to be able to be helped. They need one person to break away (maybe while going to get the fourth pair of shoes for a new customer) and ring up the two people who know what they want. But they don't do that. They make you wait. If this doesn't change soon I'll just bypass support for this store and order online... read more

I having been using super feet for a few years now and recently moved to Henderson and needed a new pair so I looked who carried them . I was pleasantly surprised when I came into the store .I was greeted my Carman she was pleasant knowledgeable and proceeded to get my super feet insoles . I asked a quest about some shoes since I really was due . In short her customer service was above and beyond so guess what I ended up buying a pair of shoes for my new super feet. Woo hoo! So happy I found them will definitely be back !

As soon as I walked in the door they knew my feet tended to slide out to the outside of my shoe. My feet had been killing me for a while and they set me up with an Xelero shoe that has my feet feeling great. The shoes are pricy but the relief on my feet made them a bargain. I highly recommend these guys if you have feet that are hurt and you stand for work!
