I bought a used car privately with a transferrable warranty through Ford of Hibbing and had to utilize the warranty recently. Every employee I talked to was polite and helpful. they even set me up with a loaner cuz the part took longer to get there than anticipated. 5 Star service in my opinion!!!

My old car had an extended warranty that should have been good at all Ford dealerships.
