Great job during the hurricane. I think you staff went above and beyond.; not only to insure the physical safety of .your tenants, but also to provide reassurance and comfort at a time that was very traumatic. Kudos.
With respect to hurricane Irma, [Removed] and his wonderful management team and staff did an excellent job in taking care of us all at Pacifica Forest Trace. They made us feel very secure in both Assisted and Independent Living. They kept us informed with daily meetings and provided us with food and entertainment for the duration of the storm. This is a nice community. My friend has told me that she is doing good. This has been a big change for her. The staff are caring to her needs. The community is clean and a nice enviroment for her. This community does have some activiites for the residents to enjoy. I am happy to know that my friend is happy here and we would recommend this community for the care and the value of a family member.
My father is very happy since his move to Pacifica. We would recommend this community because everyone is very nice and the place is very clean, we have not had any problems.
Everything has been going great here so far. My mom is getting involved in some of the activities that they offer. The community is clean and the people are very nice and helpful. My mom said that the food is decent enough.
