The community wasn't filled with not so nice people. There was head nurse who wasn't very friendly. I wouldn't recommend this community. If the resident needs more care, the nursing staff is very poor. My loved one was only there for about 3 months before we decided to move her out of this community. The sales person was good, except after sign up they don't want to have anything to do with you and they don't want to care for the resident. Food is usually average to below average. One good meal of shrimp cocktail, lamb chop, raspberry cheese cake were all delicious - 1st time in 4 1/2 years. Wait staff at times rude and condescending to seniors, treat everyone as if they have dementia. Staff needs formal training and accountability on being kind and compassionate to senior. This would greatly improve the overall living conditions.
