TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

The cheese fried are sooo addicting! I'm not a big fan of the chicken dry rub seasoning but i love the concept
Dave's Got Chicken is absolutely amazing! The chicken is always juicy, perfectly seasoned with the right heat level, and cooked just right. You can tell they use fresh ingredients and really care about quality. The sauces are delicious too, especially daves sauce Staff is super friendly and the service is fast, even when they're busy. If you're craving great chicken, Dave's is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend!
This place is awesome. Very similar to hot chicken found in Nashville, TN. The food takes a while to be cooked, but it's always hot and fresh. The staff is always very helpful and kind, which goes a long way. I come to this place almost once a month, and I will continue to come for a long time.
Returned and tried the new 10 piece hot bites. This is a great option for just getting a few or sharing with kids. The flavor on these bites was amazing, I like them hot and the seasoning was great! I liked the sauce this time, seemed to be a little more sweet than creamy. Service was friendly, restaurant was clean!
$&@#ING EPIC! I don't know how I avoided this chain for so long, but leave it to the proximity by TCU to pull me into a fried chicken restaurant (it's either fried chicken or pizza parlors). I'll spell it to you this way; I tried Dave's on Tuesday for lunch and have been back every single day of my work week. And I wasn't the only one. A little spicier than expected! Nice kick of paprika and sugar on top of the heat. Don't worry, two tenders are plenty. Very friendly service. The tabletop we sat at was sticky.
best hot chicken on the market ! and the portions are big! i get full with just one slider and a side of fries !
Great customer service. Food was good. Got the chicken tender with regular fries. I got the lite mild, which wasn't spicy at all. I'll definitely try the mild next time. Nice and crispy.
