I previously visited Dave's Hot Chicken and had a good experience but with some flaws. However, customer service reached out so I visited Dave's Hot Chicken again. This time, everything was so much better, from the service--which was already superb from the beginning, to the food. We ordered two meals of Dave's #2: one with two hot, and one with a hot and extra hot. We also ordered a side of Kale Slaw with them. This place is dope! The food was spot on, and the customer service was elite. I had the sliders with medium heat and a reaper tender. The manager Chase was extremely helpful and polite. He came and checked on us several times throughout our visit. I highly recommend Dave's Hot Chicken in the TCU area to everyone, especially if you've never had it before.

I've visited the other location in FW and this location just didn't impress or wow me. The prices are expensive, I think for the slider combo it came out to $16 or something!! The chicken didn't seem as big as the other location. It's a tasty slider but for the price - more chicken would be nice. I really like the buns they use. Fries were good as is the Dave's sauce. It looks amazing i got the number 3 with mac and cheese. Chicken is good fries is anazing. I got the extra hot. Milkshake is good too

Service was fine, food is just so mid tier, its just not great, its ok, its pricy and just not worth it. Tables are sticky and kinda gross, would not return

Trashhhh. Nothing special. Seasoning is garbage. Taste like all purpose seasoning. Over priced. Weak AF. Lisa's chicken still bussin.

The worst restaurant i've ever been to in my life. I never leave reviews anywhere but when i tell you guys i'm doing this for you and your health please trust me. When i ate here, the chicken looked a little weird, when I peeled a piece of crust off the chicken, there was a clear sticky substance on it.
