The food was very good, but the prices were a little too high for fried chicken. The extra hot is just enough heat but the reaper is really hot I didn't finish my chicken my husband had to finish it for me LOL but it comes with pickles and the Dave's sauce it's pretty creamy and good, the fries are crispy and the seasoning on them is very tasty! Would come here again. The staff is good and attentive also.

Went here for the first time after seeing so much about it. It lived up to the billing! The food was super good, and I love the different levels of heat. I like hotter tastes while my wife is more of a mild person, so this fit us perfectly. The chicken is absolutely delicious. The sliders are great, especially if you add cheese. Definitely recommend if you like hot chicken, and will definitely be going back soon.

#4 with Mac & Cheese First time here and I'm super impressed! We said it was our first time here and the manager Tiffany preceded to give us 4 drinks on the house! We then went to sit and heard someone ordering cheese fries, so we went back and asked to add cheese onto our side of fries and they said don't worry about paying!! Definitely the royal treatment for our first time. The food came very quickly and was SOOOO good. Amazing staff. Tiffany, The manager is so kind. The cheese fries and sliders are amazing the "very hot" is not hot enough that you need a milkshake but it packs a punch. The Mac and cheese wasn't my favorite but I believe they use American cheese which I don't like. I'd come back for a slider with cheese fries any-day!!

Tonight was great. I ordered on-line and the pick-up window was really convenient. The extra hot fillet is my favorite. I highly recommend it.

This review is about take out: First the website was quick and easy to order from. It said it would be ready in about 10 min and by the time I got there it was ready. A big plus is the parking. Near TCU that can be tricky. Most places have none and you have to find a street spot that might not be near. Dave's has a great parking lot. I parked quickly and went to the order and got my food. Listen. I'm super particular with foods right now because I'm pregnant. (For some reason, baby doesn't like when I eat a bunch of fried things.) When I tell you that from the moment I saw pictures of the food, I was desperately craving this! Medium is the perfect spicy level for people who like a kick but also like to taste their food. We last ate there a couple of months ago when we were in town for a trip and I woke up this morning craving this place.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. It was the best chicken I've had, better than cook shack for sure. Definitely coming back!
