Great staff and area We've been here for about 10 years now and compared to the surrounding apartment complexes the price is reasonable for the amenities and how close to everything you are. The staff is friendly and always willing to help!

great staff & amenities Emily has been so helpful from the leasing process to helping reserve the clubhouse space for an event and any questions in between! The apartments are in great condition and the maintenance staff is responsive and efficient.

The leadership under... (Verified Renter) The leadership under Matt and his maintenance staff has been phenomenal. My apartment flooded due to a dishwasher component failure and I was back to normal within a week.
The community is... (Verified Renter) The community is in a great location and is in great condition. From what I was able to tell, it seemed like a place that cares about the look of the complex and the satisfaction of the people that call it home.
I would probably... (Verified Renter) I would probably not recommend only because it is more so a "dog owners" community. Property is full of large dogs, tenants who do not clean up dog poop everywhere. The second reason I would not recommend is due to the thin walls/noise level pretty high. Some units have flooring instead of carpet. The flooring creaks, with every movement can be heard above/over you. Noisy corridors/tenants walking up/down stairs.
