I love it... (Verified Renter) I love it here and have already referred it several times. Unfortunately, none of referrals moved in. :-( Not sure why.

This is above... (Verified Renter) This is above Market Value and my patio door is rotten because of water and I can Not use my patio! Which I have Told the head maintenance person!

I love this... (Verified Renter) I love this community and its staff. However there are areas that are beginning to look old and worn. Stairways and breezeways are dirty and there are wooden places on my patio that are beginning to show damage/rot. Could definitely use power wash on stairways, patios, and breezeways. I visited another community recently and exteriors were clean.

the only suggestion... (Verified Renter) the only suggestion I would have is maintaining the gym equipment, i.e. treadmills better...otherwise, I thought the pool was kept in excellent condition

Despite that smokers... (Verified Renter) Despite that smokers try to smoke indoors, knowing they aren?t supposed to, I still love living here and the believe the staff do an excellent job.
