I comment to... (Verified Renter) I comment to friends all the time about how I have lived here going on 7 years and like it as much if not more than the day I moved in. Like: Office staff, prompt maintenance service, landscaping, location, layout of apartment, friendly neighbors, dog friendly, and lots more.

Forty 57 is... (Verified Renter) Forty 57 is a great community and the office staff, from the property manager , leasing staff and maintenance staff are great! Matt does a great job with his team. Everyone is extremely nice and they all have great guest service skills. They follow up on anything you might need and try to go above and beyond to accommodate your needs.
