A little overpriced.... (Verified Renter) A little overpriced. Dog park is small. Issues with people above walking loudly and not much to prevent sound. Right off of man o war so when someone gets on the gas I can hear it in my apartment. Little counter space. Carpet is easy to clean. Has a stand in shower. Closet size. Convenient living room size. Nice amount of amenities
