RecommendedThis company was a life saver for our move. Caprice Caliendo was very thorough when I was booking my appointment. She was excellent at handling all my questions and making sure I was fully aware of what I needed to do on my end to have a successful move. Sal and his team were such great movers and extremely professional. They were so sweet with my kids and patient. Highly recommend Caprice to book and Sal and his team to be the movers!
Movers were great. An hour late but that was okay because we we’re still packing. The only concern I had was they didn’t wear face shields or a mask. I know it’s hard to do that when your moving heavy things but it’s for their own protection. I would highly suggest they get the guys face shields.
On time and very professional.
Drivers/Movers stay in communication with you till arrival. They thoroughly assess the rooms and explain the process / paperwork etc so you have no questions on what they can and cannot do. Read the restrictions carefully. My only suggestion for customers is to break down furniture that you are able to in order to prevent any issues with wrapping and moving pieces. Otherwise the company is communicative and courteous and movers are good natured and consistent.
They’ve moved me 3 times now. Incredibly professional crews and they take such good care wrapping and packing our stuff. Highly recommend
Fix moved me into my new home two weeks ago, and then moved my mom in this past weekend. From the moment I contacted them, they were super-responsive and gave me a lot of information that helped me to make decisions. The day of the move they showed up a little early (after calling, which was so great—nobody caught in their pajamas, lol).
