Today we had Fox Pest company treat our property for mice. We were concerned about the chemicals because we have Dog less than 1 yr old. The gentleman they sent was amazing. He gave me a history lesson about mice & rats how they will store food for months & even eat the electrical wiring in this big old farmhouse. He let me watch his every detail. This young man was so polite and helpful. I told him that I really couldn’t afford the service anymore and he said that the company would give me a lower cost and then contacted the company. He did a great job and I really am so grateful to him. The company contacted me and confirmed that they approved the new pricing for the service!! He went above and beyond to help me!!
I have been with Fox Pest Control for two years. Every tech that has come has been knowledgeable and professional. Our recent tech Jay Mosher has been amazing.
