Had a 2 year contract, full filled that contract. Now trying to cancel, what a nightmare. To get a real person on the phone takes a long time . They try to talk you into staying. Now I have to set up a phone call with a manager? Never again. I feel for the technicians that take the job serious , we had great and not so good

Had an appointment scheduled on Friday for 3pm. When we called at 5pm, they told us they were still on track to come out.... Well we waited until 8pm and no one knocked on the door, no call, nothing. Service has been awful to get someone to follow through with what one tech says.

A Fox Pest Control salesperson came to our home today around 7:20 p.m. to solicit business. My husband politely told the salesperson several times that we were not interested. We understand that door-to-door sales can be persistent, and that wasn't the issue. As the salesperson was leaving, they turned and said, "You don't have to be an asswipe." Technician gave a poor explanation of what he was doing. Did a terrible job. Had to remove Yellowjackets myself. Charged more than they quoted. When I told them I didn't want to pay for a job not accomplished, they threatened to send me to collections. Shady. Stay away.

We spent just about $1,000 and still have rats in the yard. We would have one technician tell us one thing and then the very next visit a different technician would tell us something completely different. When we tried to cancel the service after our contract was up they charged us for two more months. After several phone calls they finally reimbursed us. I asked them to come pick up their equipment which they never did, couldn't even get a phone call back. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

I noticed no mosquito and tick help. supposedly sprayed and put down granules and bugs were awful by 5 days after it. now being told this company does only granule, so confused. Ways to contact are also awful. I run a cleaning business and making phone calls is difficult. They have no email or text options, can only call. Hoping 2nd appt is better than 1st.

I have never contracted with this company yet.... they have charged $1254.00 on my credit card which I finally had to cancel the card to stop the charges. Trying to get a manager on the phone to take care of the situation is impossible. Stay clear!!!

After approx one year of your service, I still have mice in my basement. The work performed never helped my situation, thus terminating the contract. Thanks for trying.

I had these guys come to my house in Hollis nh I'd never get their service again 90$ a month for noting they come once every 4-5 months I call to cancel and they want a fee to cancel I refuse to pay the cancellation fee then it goes to collection do not ever sign up with these services they suck I wouldn't let them do any work around my house it as bad the next with mosquitoes
