My technician Derrick, is the nicest freaking guy. Very professional and thorough. Affable. A pleasure to work with. Genuinely listens and attentive to needs and concerns. Always calls the morning of a scheduled visit to confirm time of appointment and has been flexible if I need a later/earlier time. Plus he's kind to my dogs which scores bonus points everytime.
Had Fox for a year, and overall, don’t think it’s worth it. Barely used the service as multiple “scheduled” services were never completed throughout the year. Their contracts also don’t make too much sense, and policies in place are quite malicious. Waited the year to cancel, and I’m still stuck with the service for an additional month, due to how billing works for them. Doesn’t make too much sense from a business perspective, but at least now I know
Cory was very professional and respectful of me and my home. He answered my many questions with clarity and in a knowledgeable and pleasant manner. I was pleasantly surprised as compared to another company. He was efficient and pleasant. I am happy with my choice of Fox.
Incredibly unprofessional. During the initial call, asked to be scheduled on a Saturday, which didn’t work out. Then they suggested a Monday appointment in the evening as we work from home, that was scheduled. The day of, they reschedule again, for the following day after 5 pm again since we work not at home, the sales rep ASSURED ME several times it would not be a problem. The next day, I get a text at 2:30ish that they’re on the way to the house. They couldn’t figure out ONE service, let alone the duration of the contract... read more
Anthony with Fox Pest Control was great! Very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns like a pro. We were having yellow jackets invade our house and needed same-day service, and he was able to squeeze us in.
