I've been a client of Fox for a little over a year now. 99% of the time I've had a good experience with them. It was easy call and become a client, the customer service reps are always helpful and patient so I appreciate that. There was a hiccup with a service I had scheduled last week, but Josh, the branch manager, personally called and corrected it. Awesome service and amazing results! They came out on time, were very helpful and friendly, and got rid of my ants, spiders, and wasps. Price was better than other companies I've used in the past, especially for the coverage Fox is getting me.

i had a man named Jeff come out. Not only did he do a very thorough job, he also great at explaining to me what he was doing, and addressing what I needed. Great old school customer service. i would highly Recommend Fox !!

We have had other pest control companies but Fox is by far the best! Ryan helped us in the beginning. I don't know why other reviews say they dont like Fox, probably because they arent acutally customers, just upset people from them canvassing the neigborhood. I think they have hard work ethic and have a great service. Highly recommend!!

Fox Pest Control so far has been the best of many different pest company's I have used. I'm a new customer with them and the Technician servicing me for the first time was excellent. I had Cesar and Preston treat our small apartment this summer. Immediately after we got serviced the bugs were not seen again. They were so quick to come help out. Preston even serviced our place on his birthday. I love not seeing any bugs around and love working with such good people as well. Highly recommend Fox!

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, misaligned expectations, and unprofessionalism from Fox Pest Control in Sterling. Every interaction I had with Fox Pest required me to proactively reach out to them; they never once contacted me to provide an update or admit a mistake.
