Very pushy salespeople walking around the neighborhood. Straight up lied that our neighbor had pests and got the service, which they had neither (do you really think we don't communicate?). One salesperson's tag said "owner" which is a tactic to make it seem like you're getting the best deal. I wouldn't use this service if they paid me.

Just like Moxie. Aggressive sales tactics, ignoring "No Soliciting" signs, not taking no for an answer, and conveniently not having their permits with them, but assuring you that they do have them. (They need one for county and one for our town.) Apparently, if there is an "x" in the name, that is your sign to not hire that pest control company. I am so sorry we left our former service, but these guys sales people are world renowned for being pushy and invasive. We have an ant problem. I told the Fox Treatment guy when he was here a couple of days ago. He did a little spot treatment. The ants are far worse now! They are crawling on my laptop as I write this! The salesman who came to our house in a neighborhood ... where there are "NO SOLICITING" signs from ALL DIRECTIONS, was very rude, pushy, and would not take no for an answer. Fox pest control salespeople go door to door and ignore no solicitation signs, disrespecting the wishes of property owners. I had one argue with me about the semantics of soliciting and had to instruct him to leave my property. I will never do business with Fox and encourage others to do the same.

Ryan Jeppson pulled onto our property, got out of his vehicle, and started walking around our house. My wife thought I had called him which I did not. After his unwelcomed 'inspection', he tried to get my wife to pay for termite work. When she said no, he said he'd give her half off the price. When she said she'd call me to discuss, he said why do you need to defer to your husband, cant you make financial decisions about your home by yourself? These guys constantly pester you by doing door to door sales. They force you with their silly offers and cliche techniques like, I m in your neighborhood and have an open slot, let me do it for half the price etc etc. Not going to use fox for pest control due to these shady tactics.

I saw these guys here earlier today. They rang my doorbell and waited outside for a bit. There's a nice red "do not solicit" sign right next to the doorbell, but they seem to have ignored it. Here we are at 8:30 on a Friday night and the manager rings it again so I go downstairs and it's yet another attempt to sell their services. I asked if he had seen the sign and he responded with "yeah, but I'm the manager." Sure, but not of my house. Very disrespectful and irritating. Would never do business with people like this.
