Worst experience with a dealership ever I’ve never met a more disrespectful and awful service department than them. I wouldn’t even send a broken toy to be repaired there if I had to. No one knows what’s going on, you get the run around and lies that make no sense every time something is supposed to be done and then when you question them, they try to turn the problem around on you or make inappropriate comments and rude remarks instead of helping. Friendship NOT!! Very frustrating!!! The salesman did not seem interested in selling me a vehicle today. I arrived to test drive a 4 Runner and after waiting a few minutes Lynn came back and said I can’t let you test drive a vehicle today. Bad Service Let me start by saying that the sales team is wonderful! It's the service department that I have a problem with. I had an appointment to have the windshield replaced in my Jeep. I was told that they had one that was OEM and I scheduled the appointment. One week later and it's appointment time and my wife and I were very excited to finally get the windshield fixed. Trade experience. Terrible Horrible customer service and don't stand behind their vehicles. Had a check engine light come on inside a mileage warranty and they said it was out of the time frame by a few months. A time frame that was not advertised when I bought the truck, only the mileage. All they offered was a free diagnostic fee on a $4300 repair bill. Pathetic dealership, I wouldn't even buy a bicycle from them after my experience!
