Worst experience with a dealership ever I’ve never met a more disrespectful and awful service department than them. I wouldn’t even send a broken toy to be repaired there if I had to. No one knows what’s going on, you get the run around and lies that make no sense every time something is supposed to be done and then when you question them, they try to turn the problem around on you or make inappropriate comments and rude remarks instead of helping. Bad Service Let me start by saying that the sales team is wonderful! It's the service department that I have a problem with. I had an appointment to have the windshield replaced in my Jeep. I was told that they had one that was OEM and I scheduled the appointment. One week later and it's appointment time and my wife and I were very excited to finally get the windshield fixed. Friendship jeep Yea right I was thinking about trading for a jeep wrangler high tide edition , was told they had one coming in soon and that if i wanted it i better put a deposit to hold it so i did. Trade experience. Ideally all vehicles would have two keys but sometimes that's not the case with trade-ins. Terrible Horrible customer service and don't stand behind their vehicles. Had a check engine light come on inside a mileage warranty and they said it was out of the time frame by a few months. A time frame that was not advertised when I bought the truck, only the mileage. All they offered was a free diagnostic fee on a $4300 repair bill. Pathetic dealership, I wouldn't even buy a bicycle from them after my experience!
They don't care Car advertised for sale online, when I arrived it was in front of dealership for sale. Drove it and spent 1 hour buying it, then was told it was already sold. Went home and called and asked about the vehicle and was told it was for sale again. I know why its called Friendship. They SHIP you out the door when they sell it to one of their FRIENDS. Terrible dealership.
Deceptive dealership I just had the worst car buying experience with Friendly Jeep in Bristol TN. An 8 year old car was posted on their website and Cars.com and we were ready to buy it for that price, plus tax and document fees. However, they added $3K of required cosmetic warranty and paint coatings that weren't part of the advertised price. And, they wouldn't remove those costs. Unbelievable and very deceptive!
Left feeling disrespected and appalled. Went to buy a 2018 Mustang convertible. Had completed the application process online was approved and had spoken to the Salesman that we were on our way for the car. He had given me the payment and we were sitting there waiting to sign the papers. Comes back 10 min later and said they sold the car to someone else and had him in the other office starting his paper work. I have never heard of a dealership doing this to anyone.
