Well, I wish I had a good experience.. I guess they did what they were supposed to, give me the least they could and then charge me as much as they could. But I let it happend so I guess it's my own fault. Two-faced company.

Totally and completely unsatisfied We were going to purchase a used pickup, with check in hand after speaking w/ salesman. It was a white 2005 4 door F150. We drove over 1400 miles and spent over $700.00 round-trip. We were told the vehicle was ready to go; it had been all serviced and the shop went through the truck and he would have it cleaned before we got there. Didn't honor their commitment I purchased a jeep commander in the winter months. Was told by the salesman that they would not detail the vehicle the day I purchased it as it was snowing outside. The salesman gave me his card and said he would arrange for detailing whenever I chose to return with the vehicle for free. I returned with the vehicle and not only was it not detailed as promised, but it didn't appear that any attempt had been made to even clean bug spots off of the hood.
