They don't care Car advertised for sale online, when I arrived it was in front of dealership for sale. Drove it and spent 1 hour buying it, then was told it was already sold. Went home and called and asked about the vehicle and was told it was for sale again. I know why its called Friendship. They SHIP you out the door when they sell it to one of their FRIENDS. Terrible dealership.
Deceptive dealership I just had the worst car buying experience with Friendly Jeep in Bristol TN. An 8 year old car was posted on their website and Cars.com and we were ready to buy it for that price, plus tax and document fees. However, they added $3K of required cosmetic warranty and paint coatings that weren't part of the advertised price. And, they wouldn't remove those costs. Unbelievable and very deceptive!
Left feeling disrespected and appalled. Went to buy a 2018 Mustang convertible. Had completed the application process online was approved and had spoken to the Salesman that we were on our way for the car. He had given me the payment and we were sitting there waiting to sign the papers. Comes back 10 min later and said they sold the car to someone else and had him in the other office starting his paper work. I have never heard of a dealership doing this to anyone. Air/heat 2017 Dodge Ram. Air/heat problems since 2018. Problem dismissed by service crew until warranty ran out will cost over $1000 to fix. Now heat does not work since 2019. This should not happen to such a new truck. Will not buy there again unless problem fixed.
Don't like car shopping Don't like being lied too not once but three times. I don't think it's so much this dealership as it is all the underhanded tricks that try to pull.
Wouldn’t let these liars touch my vehicle ever!!!! Made the appt in advance and no one checked apparently to see if my part had been received and they lied about the part being there and not a problem to fix my vehicle but when my vehicle was in their possession, they were suppose to be fixing it while I was waiting, it wasn’t fixed and the part was on back order, I suppose whoever made the appt failed to check or the parts people failed to check either way they lied to my face and I’m guessing they won’t have a problem liei... read more
Very satisfied Emailed the dealership few days ahead told them what I could Afford and what i was looking for. They responded with several emails and suggestions and sent photos and links to several cars. Went to the lot and was greeted with smiling faces and treated well. Ended up buying one of the vehicles I’d seen in the Info some to me.

They Wasted My Time And Deceived Me I got interested in a white 2011 Toyota Prius they now have. I was interested in swapping my 2014 Elantra for it (so I'd get better gas mileage and get $$$ back). Someone named Ashley Stone told me via email that "I could probably swap them and get a positive amount back for the Prius", meaning that I'd probably get cash back on the swap.
