"Best Auto Purchase experience ever" I've purchased 8 new cars since 1986, and all the transactions, which were with other dealers, were satisfactory, but my experience with Friendship Johnson City and James Mckeehan were THE BEST AUTO TRANSACTION I've ever had. James got me the car I was looking for (Genesis G90-AWD), and he communicated exceptionally well throughout the 5 weeks or so that my decision process required. He was professional, knowledgable, and helpful throughout.

"Buying new vehicle " I was impressed with the warranties, the upfront pricing and the patient sales associate with whom I worked. It was a very pleasant buying experience and I would recommend the dealership to others.
"Easiest new car purchase ever!" The stafff was friendly and courteous! This is probably the best experience my husband and I have had in purchasing a new car. Our salesman was very helpful and understood our needs. Hyundai could offer better interest rates on loans (especially if your credit score is excellent.). This would make their financing more competitive. Overall, we are extremely happy with our purchase.
