"Simple, easy transaction" Came in knowing what I wanted. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and not too pushy. No "market adjustments" or other nonsense. Dealer graciously swapped the car they had (grey) with an identical model from another dealership for no charge (white). Paperwork was easy. Only downside was the small scratch on the spoiler. "Best Dealer in area" We have now bought 3 cars from this dealership and will definitely recommend others to shop there as well. There staff is very knowledgeable and forthright.They also try to get you out in your new car just a soon as possible without making you feel rushed. We will be back.
"Excellent Salesmanship" Billy Fusher took a lot of time, but never used pressure tactics, and fully explained features in simple, understandable language. He then took us on a trial drive to demonstrate features, especially the outstanding safety features. He's the kind of salesperson any car dealer would be fortunate to have.

"Wonderful Experience." Friendship and it's employees are obviously one of the best dealerships in the country, as I observed on a signboard during my visit. They go the extra mile! When I went in a week later on o buy an accessory, I was floored when they said "welcome back Bob". Incredible!!
