My boyfriend and I were hit by a man covered by Gainsco. When we tried to make the claim and Gainsco said that their driver would have 30 days to take responsibility or they would otherwise drop it. Now we're looking at paying for the damage on our car that another person is responsible for. We are dealing with Gainsco out of Dallas Texas and the adjuster took 5 days to call us back. It was then Gainsco recommended we "just get a lawyer". All because the person responsible will not answer the phone.
