I am very unhappy with this insurance company. They constantly give me the run around and do not do the job they are paid to do. I am being over charged for insurance every month. I file a claim and it takes over a week just for someone to call you back about it. THEY NEED TO DO BETTER!!!!
Run Away!!! Very disappointing! Very poor communication skills and professionalism. They refuse to etend the lease on my rental car, eventhough they were very late to respond to the bodyshop and they were truly dragging their feet. If I can give less than one star I would. I called so many times and left so many messages, no respond and finally they start to respond with text. Really poor company! You will be very disappointed and frustrated.

Horrible company! I can't believe State Farms represents them. I hit a deer in December 2022. My car is still not operating and it's 6/5/2023. Gainsco challenged me after my accident implying that i was lying about the accident. I didn't get my check until i proved to them that it really was an accident on that day. Now my front two seatbelts are not working. it's hard to get help

Cheap insurance doesn’t equal good insurance... this company is a joke... some shitty driving cheap ass hit me and had this insurance and they have been the most difficult insurance company to get information from... if you buy this insurance good luck... if you are hit by someone with this insurance save yourself the time and don’t call them... have your good insurance company handle it.
This is one of the worse insurance companies to deal with. If you are considering them, I would say run the other way. You are constantly given the run around about your policy information. One agent tells you one thing, while another agent tells you something else. I requested that my policy be canceled and they gave me the run around about that. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED FOR ANYTHING EVER IN MY LIFE. THEIR SERVICE AND PRODUCT ARE GARBAGE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND USE ANY OTHER COMPANY ON THE PLANET FOR INSURANCE.
By far the worst insurance company. You spend days (yes days!) just to get a hold of them, you sit on hold for like an hour every time & the staff are just plain rude. I ended up having to pay a late fee cause the auto pay didn’t work (when they had it still) so I spent days trying to get a hold of them and they made me pay the late fee anyways.
