I have never in my life dealt with such an incompetent business. The lack of customer service displayed by the “supervisors” and “managers” is incomprehensible. If you would like for your policy to be cancelled unknowingly and without notification, although you have paid your full monthly bill, this is the company to choose!
These reviews must be from friends, family, and colleagues. This is the worst company that I have ever had to deal with. I rather go to Walmart during rush hour and stand in a 1 man line. 3 weeks ago 1 of their insurers backed into me. Adjuster came out quick, everything else is down hill. Can't get hold of no one. No agent handling claim, no supervisor in charge of agent handling claim. Left 5 messages, no response. Who monitors these parasites? I need to file a complaint against this company.

If I could leave no stars I would. I was hit by one of their drivers and have a nightmare dealing with them. I got tired of dealing with them so I paid my bill from the body shop with a guarantee from Dewayne I would have a check in hand in 2-4 days. Now they do not return my voicemails and I am still without my money.
I was hit by one of there insurers and everyone I have talk to has not been much help and very rude.
I want to say that Gary was a great help he was patient and answered all my questions throughly and explained everything to me like I was a 5yr old had a welcoming tone to his voice and was very kind and understood my frustration all in all I'd say he needs a raise great job Gary keep up the awesome work! !!!
December 16th you client hit our car. It is MARCH 7 and the car is still not fixed. You have short changed the estimate, you have delayed and procrastinated, you have done everything possible way to get us so frustrated we would walk away. I will be considering legal action. Your company has really shown its worst in what should have been a very minor repair. Your rep is never reachable and takes 2 days to return calls. This company is a absolute joke, got a policy, gave proof of prior insurance (was 6 months old but while being overseas I didn't have the cars covered so no newer cards or policy's available) and due to that they cancelled my policy. Here is the kicker, they say I owe them money and yet had a way to TAKE DIRECT WITHDRAWAL I SET UP!!!!!!! If someone wasn't driving a vehicle and it wasn't insured while in Afghanistan exactly what would you like me to do to get you more current cards for policies that don't exist!?!?! My boyfriend and I were hit by a man covered by Gainsco. When we tried to make the claim and Gainsco said that their driver would have 30 days to take responsibility or they would otherwise drop it. Now we're looking at paying for the damage on our car that another person is responsible for. We are dealing with Gainsco out of Dallas Texas and the adjuster took 5 days to call us back. It was then Gainsco recommended we "just get a lawyer". All because the person responsible will not answer the phone.
