Called for an estimate and even though it had been raining they came out promptly on the specified date and time. Received the estimate in a timely manner and after receiving a couple more estimates decided to go with Garcia even though they weren't the lowest price because of their on-time performance during the estimating phase. It went well. The only problem was that we couldnt communicate with any one on the roofing crew as the all they spoke wasspanish. Eventually they called an English speaking supervisor but its not the same as having someone out at the jobsite. I suggest they have at least one person who can speak at least some English on the crew.When your spending this kind of money you want to be sure they are aware of some things.
My friend had used them so I called them for a quote. They showed up on time and gave me an estimate on the roof. They explained everything.
They are really good. I would recommend them to others. The quality of their work has been very good. They are dependable and if I have a question about something they answer it right away. If there is an issue or whatever they take care of it right then. They resolve it. They clean up every day after themselves. They are not the cheapest but I would grade them an A for price. Some other estimates I got were like $2500 more. They are doing a good professional job.
The job went wonderful, and I highly recommend them. The job only took one day.
Garcia did not reroof our home due to the reasons detailed above.
It was a new construction. They did everything really well. They just came back to do an inspection. They were here when they said they would be. They were prompt, and professional. I would use the services again.
We did not hire them as they do not traditionally service our area and the cost to have them travel to rural Wilson was out of our price range.
It went fine.
