Our 3rd time utilizing Garden City Realty and our last. We have stayed at Sea Oaks rm 102 for 3 years and each year has been worse than the last. I hope this reaches the owners. I called 5 times total this trip and NEVER received a call back from manager Brad as promised. Was also refused the owners info to inform them how poorly kept their investment is being taken care of and rented out. Checke d in 2 hours after official check in, room was dirty, toilets had feces on them and showers were covered with mold. Dirty linens s... read more
