We stay at the Atalaya Towers, have for last several years. This year, we were in 1604. It had several, minor problems, sink dropped in master Br, no ice maker, had to buy it. Commode in hall didn't work right, and furniture was wore. Dinette legs were broke. This was the worst room we have been in. But, it's a no-smoking condo, but every one around us smoked on the balcony, so we couldn't sit on it, being allergic and all of us don't smoke! Don't know who's over that, but we'll stay somewhere else next year!
We had a broken washer took 3 days to replace, broken dryer never fixed,refrig broken 4 days 2 fix- food ruined ...very aggravating experience w 7 adults in one house. house was pretty dirty too w dirty bathrooms, yucky carpet & filthy walls. Very little follow up & wasnt offered any compensation for all our troubles...wont be renting again EVER!
I have to say this was the most disappointed I have ever been with a rental and Reality company. I had to walk through water to get to my room and bathroom for at least 5 or the 7 days of our rental. Multiple calls to reality company and issued not resolved. Service Pro there 2 days extracting water and carpet pulled up with fans blowing underneath it. Unable to utilize washer and dryer to to water issue. Water dripping in hallway to 1st floor. Distinct foul odor which increased every day. Nasty shower curtain liner wit... read more

Our condo at one ocean place was beautiful but my husband left his cell phone there and Garden City Realty wanted us to pay them a $20 fee plus shipping to mail it to us. I felt like that was being a little rude of them considering that we spent over $2400 to stay in a condo through them for a week. I have stayed in hotels for one night and forgot something there and they mailed it back to me for free. We loved the condo and actually considered renting the same one for next year. DISAPPOINTED in our rental. Past vcation rentals were great, but the house we're renting year has plumbing issues. One bath doesn't drain and the dishwasher drain is backed up. Calls to GCR have been fruitless. They say they're contacting the owner, but nothing happens. Otherwise this rental is nice. But ignoring plumbing issues reflects poorly on Garden City Realty. I put a $50 deposit to rent Pooh's Corner on June 11, 2016. The rental rate online said $1750 a week. The new rates came out on Nov. 1, 2015 and the total price for the week I reserved was $5565.00. Needless to say I cancelled my reservation today and was told my deposit was non-refundable. I will not be using this compant again.
We rented thru garden city and stayed at royal garden resort which was recommended to us by family and was very disappointed! We called garden city realty and manager Brad was not helpful at all!! Said he would refund is a cleaning fee of 130 dollars when we paid 1700 dollars for our room and the room was never cleaned! Poop in the toilet floors filthy could not get the door to open right called everyday and they finally come and fixed it on Thursday the day before we left!
