Very disappointed �... my story called and told them what I needed which was /2 bedroom/2bath for bike week.. 2trucks /3people ...ok simple rite ..she said ok fixed me up and I paid with card .. the end got here and 1 parking pass wow and told it will be towed . So we got to park our $60000.00truck a mile away and when we want to get gro or anything we go to leave our $40000.00 bike in a lot while we go get food etc �go figure who rents a place that sleeps 6 . And 1 parking spot.. so never stay at a sandy shores or rent from... read more

We rented through Garden City in September of 2017 and was very happy with our experience. HOWEVER, we used their services again and was extremely dissatisfied. I had read the reviews but didn’t pay attention to the “old” dates on them. Also, the pictures were deceiving. Royal Garden 610 smells like a combination of dog urine & mold, the bathroom ceiling tiles are water damaged and even falling down, the kitchen sink was stained & badly scratched and the furniture was covered in dust. Make sure you are 100% ready to rent a property, because if not, the refund policy is terrible! Also, do NOT buy the travel insurance...waste of money unless something catastrophic happens (they only cover 16 actual occurrences). We paid over $500 down on a condo rental and ended up having to cancel, but since we rented 7 nights and now the condo was only re-rented for 5 nights, we're on the hook for the extra 2 nights in total PLUS a 20% cancellation fee.
