we stayed at Sandy Paws. I paid in full when I booked in February. Upon arrival we were very disappointed. The house was dirty. We called Garden City Realty who rectified the situation by sending someone to clean it however the walls were scuffed, pealing paint and not very appealing. The pool was filthy. they sent the pool person to clean it and that was the only time he was there. the net to clean the pool was broke. I would have to say I'm truly disappointed! When we booked my parents that are elderly wasn't planning on going but their health has gotten worse so I can't leave them home. I contacted garden city reality to switch to another place that has an elevator so they can come with us so I still go to my husbands family reunion week. I have all but begged these people and they will not budge! Basically we just loose our money or my husband goes on vacation without me!! I will NEVER nor will any of his family book here again!!!!!!!

We have visited MB for the past 13 years. This is the first time with GCR. Highly dissatisfied with the condition of room 614. Paid for two weeks, did not want to stay for 2 days. NO GROUND FAULT by the sink in master bedroom. The spare pillows were beyond yellowed and stained. Half of the clothes closet was useable due to placement of the oversized furniture in the room. The shower in the twins room is completely unusable. There is no way to adjust the pressure. Also NO GROUND FAULT in that bathroom. The window screen is so... read more

Very disappointed ! Here is my story ! I have rented through this Garden City Realty for over 20 years. We have Stayed at the Sun Dial for at least 15 years every summer ! After Hurricane Matthew hit last fall the Pool and deck area of the Sun Dial were damaged. Before I sent our rather large deposit down in Dec I called down and asked about the pool. 24 hours before our arrival, the owners decided to occupy the house we booked and paid for. Instead of working to find a suitable replacement, they kept trying to push us into places that didn't meet our needs (i.e. number of people). In the end, they lied to us about the number of beds in the unit they put us in. Of course, we didn't realize this until we arrived - AFTER business hours. And were stuck. We had to rent hotel rooms for some of us - of course at our expense. And they were happy to return my call - after we left... read more

They have a great variety of properties, but the staff need some customer service training. They do not act like they want your business and their "process" is confusing. My students and I will definitely use this as a business case for a quality makeover with an emphasis on teaching the staff how to enjoy serving their customers.
