The exterior was clean but the guy who took care of me was great deserves a raise for his professional attitude

Carlos was highly professional and provided excellent feedback on my car. I initially visited for just an oil change, and when he mentioned it would take about two hours, I was perfectly fine with that. He offered a shuttle service, but I chose to wait in the lobby instead. After I returned home, I received updates from Nissan about my vehicle and services. He also informed me about necessary maintenance that needs to be addressed. Overall, a very positive experience!
It only does the bare minimum which i do not blame them but anyway try
Customer Service was excellent. Handled my issue and gave me full communication. Very happy with the service I received.
