I don't want to discuss the Service Team as they were nice and courteous. Just Nissan Sentra as a product. I have been getting a Check Engine lights so often it has become almost a ritual. Every other month I am taking it in with a P0101 code. I even took it to a outside repair for a 2nd opinion back in April just so I could pass the smog. If it was a such thing as a lemon law for used cars this would be in the list. I bought the car new.

The advisor, Carlos, is great. he doesn’t oversell and always provides timely updates on my car’s status. I love that everything is visible online, where I can easily approve or decline recommended services or repairs and even make payments directly. He clearly notes which items are critical and which are just recommended. He also followed up on Monday to check if everything was going well.
