The person who took are of me Yesenia was not very good at being patient and she kept interrupting me and was imposing the services when I was clearly telling her that I don’t want it so she proceeded to say that it was in me if the car needed something and I didn’t get the services she was mentioning I truly wanted someone who listen to me and not push anything and help me with my questions and that wasn’t her I am sorry overall not great with customer service.
The dealership is a place I go to for my car needs. Routine check ups and it's quick and easy. If it will take more than an hour for service they send you home at no extra charge and bring you back once it's ready. Truly remarkable service. I always come back for my vehicle needs. And I recommend the place.
Extremely rude service I spoke w the director after our car being there for 3 weeks to get a update And his answer was )it will be ready when it’s ready I’m doing this as a favor ) end quote We still paid 200$ the. Took it to Downey Nissan for the same issue . I have a business and I would not allow any of my employees treat a customer like that . If that was my dealer ship I would have a serious conversation with him
