The entire team, including Melvin, Certified EV Tech, Daniel, Service Adv and Luis, the Svc Mgr strived to solve our Tesla SC failed charging issue.
Love the service which is the main reason k keep coming back. However, appointment scheduling could use some work as I’ve come without appt and the wait time is the same as coming without an appt
