My mom is a resident at the Garden at Northridge and I am impressed with the friendly courteous and attentive staff. They offer several activities throughout the day and the activities director is very enthusiastic and encouraging with the residents.
After falling down the steps at my two story home and breaking my left enable I was sent to a facility that was satisfaction my husband found gardens and two PT's who helped me to walk. I've felt pampered here. good food, friendly caregivers, activities and exercise every day.
Pleasants surroundings and friendly attitude of employee. Plenty of activities on and off of property.
Nice people, helpful staff, reasonably good food, very clean facility
My experience here has been better than expected. Although not totally fit in yet I am finding this way of living this way of living adequate but different. I could still live open my own with a few aids seen as transportation.
The staff are all very friendly. When I have had questions they have been helpful. They really seem to care about the residents. The facility just has a good vibe every time I am there. It has always been nicely decorated for the different holidays.
All of the staff and employees are wonderful. Very friendly and helpful.
I have been a resident here for 11 years- under 3 Executive Directors, many changes and Covid. Not surprisingly attitudes and morale of residents and staff has deteriorated. After being on a negative ride for several years, things are looking up under the leadership of the new Executive Director. She is exciting and innovative and is creating an atmosphere of caring and concern. Both residents and staff are responding to her positive attitude.
