We have not been able to visit the community for awhile, but what what we can see on face time the cleanliness of the community seems nice. Sometimes it is challenging knowing which correct staff members to get a hold of, but we do feel our loved one is being well taken care of.

We had a very informative discussion and tour of this facility. It is one that my mom and her husband had visited in the past. We were pleased with the memory care facility that our mom will need and that will work out great. We still have some hurdles to get over getting her out of the hospital after falling and breaking her shoulder. we look forward to moving forward with Brookdale in the coming weeks.

4.5 stars, which is the top rating for me. I avoid giving 5 stars, since I like to think that every location should have some room for improvement. Great facilities, friendly people, good mix of activities!
[Name removed] provided the tour and was fantastic with my mom. They were in the middle of a full remodel inside, but was still great. My mom liked it more then I thought. Loved the garden and there is lots to do there. She is not ready, but this gave her a good idea of her options.

My mother passed [date removed] approximately 3 months after entering. She did not want to be there. The facility was fine and staff caring and kind. I found a real break down at the end of life when hospice is needed. It seems we had poor hospice service recommended by facility. I had them fired and brought in my own company. hospice service at facility is far different than home service. Staff is wonderful! Everyone has been welcoming and helpful. Very responsive. food is good, custom orders accepted. Lots of activities. Fellow residents help the new kid learn how to get things & get things done.
This is a nice community with excellent staff for my mom. The community is clean and has a nice enviroment. The menu is really good. They have a lot of activities for the residents. I like knowing that my mom is happy with the care of the staff. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one.
