** I received an apology call from the office manager, which is greatly appreciated. Apparently she’s spoken to the employee. I can’t help but think that this particular employee lacks the professionalism needed for this particular job & shouldn’t be in a position that requires her to interact with customers. The front desk staff is mostly nice, except one lady. The communication from the doctor to the lab techs to the front operators is very poorly! My puppy broke his leg and I was in five days in a row because none of them knew what they were doing! They changed his cast and it fell of, then they put it back on without even looking at his leg and told me to come back the next day. So I went back the next day and they put on another new cast, again without seeing a doctor. They put the cast on way too tight and my puppy had skin... read more

Do not bring your dog to this animal clinic if it's coughing cuz I'll make you wait outside
Their communication skills are non-existant. I would begin to think twice about going to GAC. I am still waiting over a month to schedule a visit, they also have aproblem with their prescriptions and providers.
