I was charged for a service I didn’t receive. When I brought it up at the time of Payment, I was told that I had to reschedule to get the service. I am paying for today. I called/texted seven times to speak to an office manager and no one will return my calls.

RecommendedWatch your prescription prices, I bought a bottle of Rimadyl 30 pills for $94 then on my est for surgery those same pills were $118. I called Costco to see if they carry it and it's $25 for the same 30 pills and $48 for 60. I know they have to make money but that's robbery.
EDIT: for some reason I'm unable to leave a new review and it won't let me unrecommend them. in November of 2023 we took our baby girl Geneva who was 10 years old in because she would not put any weight on her back legs we knew she had a tumor we brought her in on a stretcher and since we never had a problem before we thought everything was going to be fine. when we went to pick Geneva up I went in and specifically said hey we brought her in on a stretcher she can't put any weight on her back legs we need to bring her out on... read more

GARLAND KILLED MY DOG!!!!!!!!! We have taken our Amstaff Geneva to have some tumors removed in 2022 ish and it was a great experience so when she got sick again in Nov 2023, we were confident that Garland would take good care of her. She was unable to put any weight on her back legs and she had cancer so we assumed it was a tumor pressing up on her spine. We were a client for 6 years. 3 dogs and 2 cats. The doctors are amazing and the care they provide is bar none. However, things are great until they’re not. I find great dissatisfaction with the inept Hospital Management and their excuses. From the manager, the assistant manager, and the front desk supervisor. Cancelled services from lack of staffing and so forth. A clue to everyone should be the ever revolving door of staff. It is nearly impossible to get through your stupid phone tree to talk with anyone. You direct people to use websites to schedule an appointment but when I have tried, the site was down. Your clinic has become very impersonal. I have went to Garland for years but won’t anymore as your business model is too frustrating.

we we have a little 20 week old puppy who broke/fractur her leg back in October and she has been in a splint ever since then and they believe is may be healed but they have to do a xray which cause $265 and the is no way we could come up with that all at once no way we ask if the do payments and they only do credit care and one other we tried both and could not get ether one so its like what she is going to be in a splint for ever even if it healed that suck my poor girl we are on set income monthly we are trying to see wha... read more
