ABSOLUTELY NOT! They want $200 just to see what's going on with your animal and talk to you like your scum on the phone. A well known program called The Pacific Northwest Animal Welfare Project is a well known charity in this town and was willing to pay whatever to have our dog and special case seen... You have now lost two customers... Maybe train a little in customer service or have a little empathy for others.
I almost don't want to tell you about the best vets in town, only because they have so many patients as it is. Just kidding! These guys and gals are the kindest and most compassionate people I've ever had the chance to know. I take all five of my furbabies to Garland. These doctors are the best.
** I received an apology call from the office manager, which is greatly appreciated. Apparently she’s spoken to the employee. I can’t help but think that this particular employee lacks the professionalism needed for this particular job & shouldn’t be in a position that requires her to interact with customers. I can’t have been the first person she’s been so belligerent to & I doubt I’ll be the last. Wow, RUDE staff. The front desk staff is mostly nice, except one lady. The communication from the doctor to the lab techs to the front operators is very poorly! My puppy broke his leg and I was in five days in a row because none of them knew what they were doing! They changed his cast and it fell of, then they put it back on without even looking at his leg and told me to come back the next day. So I went back the next day and they put on another new cast, again without seeing a doctor. They put the cast on way too tight and my puppy had skin... read more
Do not bring your dog to this animal clinic if it's coughing cuz I'll make you wait outside
Their communication skills are non-existant. I would begin to think twice about going to GAC. I am still waiting over a month to schedule a visit, they also have aproblem with their prescriptions and providers.
This is not really a review. Although I do live around the corner and Dr. Grace is my pets' vet. This is more of a message because my posts do not show up on this page. I tried twice and it says the comment was posted, but it doesn't show up. I don't know if that's an admin setting or what.
