It is nearly impossible to get through your stupid phone tree to talk with anyone. You direct people to use websites to schedule an appointment but when I have tried, the site was down. Your clinic has become very impersonal. I have went to Garland for years but won’t anymore as your business model is too frustrating.

we we have a little 20 week old puppy who broke/fractur her leg back in October and she has been in a splint ever since then and they believe is may be healed but they have to do a xray which cause $265 and the is no way we could come up with that all at once no way we ask if the do payments and they only do credit care and one other we tried both and could not get ether one so its like what she is going to be in a splint for ever even if it healed that suck my poor girl we are on set income monthly we are trying to see wha... read more

They kill your pets and tell you to be not be upset.
I have gone back and fourth with myself as to whether or not to leave this review because we have always had good experiences with all of our animals up until this occurrence. My 6 year old pit mix started walking funny suddenly one evening. I immediately took her to pet emergency because they were the only place open. They said they suspected a CCL tear in her knee and could confirm with xrays. I opted to wait until the next morning to bring her into Garland because that was our regular vet. We referred my Daughter here for her dog. He had hurt is paw was unable to put weight on it. she called approximately 15 times or more to get him in and seen. Not 1 return phone call!!!! I am appalled! we have taken our dogs (4) here in the past but we will not anymore! Nor will I ever refer anyone again!!!
** I received an apology call from the office manager, which is greatly appreciated. Apparently she’s spoken to the employee. I can’t help but think that this particular employee lacks the professionalism needed for this particular job & shouldn’t be in a position that requires her to interact with customers. Before moving to this current location, the vets seemed genuinely concerned about our pet... New building, higher overhead and now they nickel and dime you to death and fail to follow up with results as promised... When making an attempt to call them, we were treated like an inconvenience... NEVER again will we take our animals to this veterinary clinic...
