Team Gavin was amazing! This was my first time buying a home. They sat me down and let me know what to expect and what was needed from me. I felt the team was always working for my best interest (which is not always the case in this day and age.) The line of communication was always open and clear. All question or worry's I had were addressed quickly. I was able to close sooner than I thought and closing cost where lower than expected. I would definitely recommend Team Gavin to anyone. They have earned a customer for life.

I was extremely happy with Team Gavin, They were absolutely amazing. So I was referred to the Gavin Team by an aunt of mine, and boy am I grateful to her. After lots of stress and searching for the right bank/lender, I had nearly given up. They made my experience so great and put my worries to rest. Our lender made things so easy! There were no complications and any time we had a question they were answered! It was just so nice to not have that extra headache when purchasing a new house. Thank you!

Team Gavin was recommended to me from my real estate agent, and I could not be happier with the decision to use them for my mortgage. I am a first time home buyer, and I am not fully knowledgeable about the lending and mortgage process, but Team Gavin was with me every step of the way. Team Gavin was amazing! This was my first time purchasing home, and as a result I was new to most of the loan-applying process. I literally had hundreds of questions every step of the way, and each time I was given a thorough explanation. Despite working from a different time zone, I was always able to reach Team Gavin by phone and by email. I am finally a home owner, and I could not have done this without Citywide! My husband and I really loved the service team Gavin provided us with our home loan. Everything went so smooth we are in our beautiful home and still shocked how smooth it went! Can't give enough kudos.
