Shellien was super responsive to our requests to view various properties and very knowledgeable and creative when asked questions and she also provided suggestions that we did not think of to meet our needs. I would (and have) recommended her to friends and she is equally responsive to their needs as well. A very positive experience. She is helpful at every step of the process and I would not do it again without her expertise!
I worked with them to both buy my house and sell the same house nearly 8 years later! Jacque was especially helpful on both occasions. She even remembered my voice when I called nearly 8 years later to sell my house! We even sold the house BEFORE it hit market because she recommended my house to her fellow Gem State Agents and one of them had a client that was shopping in my house's price range!
