Do NOT go here , absolutely the worst dental office I have been to... Last week they overlooked checking me in so I ended up waiting 40 minutes for my cleaning... Today they call and ask if I want to come in for my fillings since they had a cancellation and could see me in 45 minutes, so I left Ewa Beach and was right around the corner from their office when they called and cancelled... The lack of organization and professionalism is unacceptable.

I just waited a half hour and asked to be rescheduled Turns out, they called and rescheduled, yet never told me and never received the phone call they are awful

after making me wait for a half hour, checked in with the receptionist. AFter, they sat my daughter in the chair and we waited for an hour. I said enough, left and as a courtesy, stopped by the receptionist and told them to cancel my appointment and i would never come back. What killed me is that they never called, never apologized or anything. 1.5 stars is what they get. I've held their dental plan for 4 years and was never very dissatisfied until my daughter and I began receiving orthodontic services. Rather than the semi annual visits we had for routine dental hygiene, we were now required to visit more frequently. What I have found during this time is that I was very unhappy with their services.
