I would give this place zero stars if possible. They are anything but gentle. They caused me so much pain and nothing for it while they poked and prodded my gums. The doctor even came in after to say he did it too rough and apologize. I couldn't believe their practices. It was excruciating. They cram so many people into the office it's like a factory. There was faulty machines and I had to be moved chairs because their machine was leaking. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Save yourself the pain and time.

This place has billing issues. I've called and spoke with them multiple times to reissue and bill our insurance and they don't listen. We've contacted our insurance company and they told us Gentle Dental has not issued anything to them and that is why I'm receiving a bill I shouldn't have to pay. This place has a bad turn over rate, can't keep staff at their office. One time I had an appt and they literally called me when I exited the elevator to enter their office to cancel me last minute. Stopped coming here when 2 of the dentists I had were no longer there. Overall, pleased. They made me feel at ease. My last visit there was rather distasteful though. After the assistant prepped me in the chair and told me doctor will be in shortly - she took out her phone. Not sure what she was checking but that was rude and unprofessional of her.

Only went in one time and that was enough to know that I needed to go elsewhere. I had made an appointment for a specific issue. I arrived 20 minutes early to complete the new patient paperwork. The receptionist was not friendly, did not welcome me at all, just gave me the paperwork and instructions to fill it out. DENTAL OFFICE IS A SCAM! I have reported them to the BBB for fraud! Stay away from this office! I paid in full in the office only to turn around 3 months later to a random bill!!! I tried to call them for OVER A YEAR! The billing & coding lady was " never in the offfice " & never returned my call once! I called every day for a month! I've been avoiding making an appointment with them since I used up all of my dental coverage for the fiscal year. I expected to be notified, but I didn't think I would be getting messages at all hours. I have repeatedly tried to opt out, but this morning I was awoken at 5am by their notice to reschedule. Unprofessional office staff. It takes longer to make an appointment than the actual dental service itself. Worse yet, after waiting 30 minutes for Alberta (the scheduler) to make your appointment, while in person, be prepared to have her call you the day of your next appointment to ask if you can reschedule or come in at a different time -probably due to their poor management.

My husband complained about the worst X-ray and cleaning experience ever, it hurt so much when the hygienist put the big piece of plastic in his mouth he thought he was going to bleed. Cleaning was another disaster as water was being sprayed into his throat that made him choked, on top of everything the equipment was pretty outdated. To be fair he said Dr. Chavada was good so that kind of made up for it, but still won't recommend this place to his family and friends unless they change the hygienist.

I went in for a tooth extraction today. I had called ahead to ask about the cost and they said that with my discount plan it would be $210. When I checked in, again, they had me sign a paper stating that the charge would be $210. The oral surgeon was very nice and talked to me to answer questions.
