ZERO stars. Inflated bill with unnecessary or duplicate procedures and subpar work that needs to be corrected by competent dentists. (Claimed cleaning covered by insurance was "insufficient" so charged $172.41 for full mouth debridement PLUS $672.25 for deep cleaning.) Technologically retarded: No digital imaging. No 3D imaging. No lasers.

After having had a terrible last cleaning at our most recent duty station, I put off having a cleaning as long as possible. When I couldn't take it any longer, I googled dentists and the term "Gentle" sold me on this place maybe being good for me. I was sorely mistaken. Knowing that my son had dental insurance, they chose a procedure that was not covered by his insurance which costed him $350.00 out of his pocket which is a large amount for a college student. Had they performed the procedure that was covered by his insurance, he would've only had to pay his co-payment which would've been around $110.00. Their reply was someone was going to reach out to me. It's been almost a month and no one ever called! Shibai!!! Chris, My son Zachary was the patient, not me.

The hours of availability are terrible and with only one dentist it's takes a long time to be seen, evaluated and treated at the same time.

This place does not even deserve one star ! They are the worst place to go to in every way from the rude staff " except for maybe one or two of them",unsanitary conditions, no privacy when getting serviced . The staff continuously talks nonsence among each other all the while your getting treated , outdated equipment , painful lousy dental work!!!!!....experienced 5 out of 5 fillings not being filled properly un even painful and had to be redone with multiply visits....ugh, fittings of dentures made improperly, bridge made ... read more

The front side of the house isn't a very pleasant place to be. The first time I went there was a totally train wreck, and I was treated like I had no clue what was going on. The saving grace for anything front side is Alberta and her honesty. Being a busy person, the one thing I hate the most is having my time wasted. Ok so here's the deal... I'm not just writing this review on one appointment, I'm writing in regards to several that I had. I have been in multiple times for fillings because I have a lot to get done, but can't afford everything all at once, so I was going in little by little. My fiance also was going here as well. This place is a joke STAY AWAY no regard for customer's time, they improperly scheduled us twice only to turn us away because Dr Eng was 'too busy' AWFUL one star is too generous.
