I had my first exam and xrays in a very long time and chose to go to Gental Dental because it accepted met life. I had a comfortable and welcoming experience from every staff member from the front desk, the dental assistant, DDS and the dental office manager. I'll be going back soon for some cleaning and I'm excited and happy I have a dental office I'm happy and comfortable with.

The rating comments from these 5 stars just said it all for me! WOOHOO! AS GOOD AS IT GETS! I was so nervous and yet anxious to come in for a root canal, I didn't know what to expect! But the dental assistant was able to keep me relaxed as well as the dentist, which forgive me Doctor for the misspelling, but I believe her name is Doctor Yoshihara! I've been a patient at Gentle Dental Pearlridge for over 10 years and I've always been pleased with their service. Last month was the first time that I was BLESSED to have Dr. Gilbert Ing do my dental work. He was the FIRST dentist ever to do an oral cancer check on me and that in itself told me how thorough he is!!! I was informed that I had a cracked filling and he took a picture of the tooth with a camera so that he could show me exactly what the crack looked like and the cavity that formed due to the crack. I was eating popcorn and broke the enamel on one of my teeth. I called Gentle Dental and made an appointment with Dr Gilbert Ing. I didn't know what to expect since it was my first time there. I was greeted by name when I arrived like I had been going there all my life. The staff was exceptional. Dr. Ing is an amazing doctor. He treated me with the up most respect. Ideally! Less the number of visits the better off I am, but like an aeroplane, planned regular maintenance keeps things in order. Always keep yo' teethi's in good working order!

I have been a patient of this location for the past 5 years and have no major complaints. Parking is convenient and free. I schedule my appointments first thing in the morning, so I don't have to wait. Since I'm paranoid about my teeth, I am fortunate to not have to do any serious dental surgery. This review is strictly for regular check ups, cleanings, x-rays and an occasional filling. My favorite dental hygienist is Erin. I usually don't write reviews at all but I would not recommend this dental office due to the consistent pattern of unprofessionalism and poor patient care I have experienced over the years. One of the biggest issues has been the constant rescheduling and cancellation of appointments. I have had appointments booked for weeks or even months in advance, only to receive a call shortly before the appointment informing me that it needed to be canceled. People in front were friendly.(Pearlcity) Quality of work was very poor. They said it needed to be redone. Filling due to poor workmanship. But they continue to Not be able to correct the problem their Co. did. Or asked Me to be further inconvenienced. By coming back for a third time. I would Not recommend this business. I have never walked out of a dentist office in my life..! But I did.. If you are looking for Quality work and professionalism. Go elsewhere
