I've been coming to Gentle Dental for about 2 years for general cleanings and ortho treatment and I will have had 4 different orthodontists by the time I finish treatment because the doctors keep changing. They have been great, but it sucks to not have one person be in charge of your treatment from start to finish. However, what makes it worth sticking around is how great Seth, the dental assistant is. I would like to reiterate some of the frustration which appears to have been expressed by many others at Gentle Dental. First, as a new patient setting up a cleaning, your cleaning will not be done that appointment, you will be asked to set up another appointment. The first appointment will be quiet inefficient with new patient spending more than an hour for x-rays after which you will be asked that time has run out and that another appointment needs to be set for the actual cleaning. I’ve been a patient for 4 years and have received wide range of treatment, all the doctors and staff at this location are highly professional and helped me to improve my dental health dramatically. Great dental office. The first appointment is just diagnostic, so that can be a bummer if you were hoping to get some dental services, but the staff is super friendly and the dentists are amazing professionals, calm, considerate, thorough. Great place to get dental care!
