Incredible bedside manners. Everyone was kind and welcoming. This is the first time I was not injured by the hygienist while doing x-ray scans. I also appreciate how she was explaining everything she was doing. I had some questions about my check up results and the dentist was clear and concise with his answers. I’ve been going here for 3 years and love it. Dr. Fletcher always remembers details about me and my teeth. I’ve had quite a few fillings here, and he always makes me comfortable. The staff is great as well. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a personable dentist who really listens.
I've been with Gentle Dental for more than 10 years and I always have a pleasant experience. Dr. Fletcher, Jherferson, Uriel and Marley have always been very helpful and nice to me. The office always seems to show concern regarding their patients' oral health and provides insights into oral health maintenance.
Professional and friendly staff, very comfortable and clean office. The only draw back is that they are so busy, it took 3 reschedules for me to get my consultation but when I did, it was worth the wait. The team is knowledgably efficient. The area outside has a lot of homeless people just because of the general vicinity of the office location but I wasn't bothered by anyone and never felt unsafe.
Dr. Fletcher and his team do a great job caring for patient comfort while providing exceptional dental care. Dr. Fletcher makes things perfect while ensuring a comfortable and painless experience wherever possible. They all check in often throughout every step.
