I don't normally do online reviews – but this is an exception. Gentle Dental Greenfield is one of the most professional and friendly Dental clinics I have ever been to. Their service hasn't changed from being excellent during the past 11 years my wife and I have been patients. Dr. Hall is amazing and Shakeh at the front office is a pleasure to associate with.
People are very nice but …Waited over 30 min to be seen by the doctor. Dental assistant came in to saw “doc looked at x-rays and said to have you come back in 6 weeks”. He didn’t even come in until I insisted. Finally received the clarification I was seeking, only to be told my treatment plan would be close to $6500.
My dentist was funny and easy going. I have white coat syndrome and get anxious in new places and Drs. Honestly really appreciate the nice banter of the people who work here too. Thanks! Hope I don’t need anymore, but if I do, I know I’ll be in great hands! Thank you so much!!
Very friendly front desk workers and everyone inside was kind and caring. I hadn't been to a dentist in decades and they were completely non-judgmental and encouraging. They were focused on the positive and helping me get back on track. Jenny, Nicole and Dr Hall were fantastic!
Called on Tues and had to drive across town ut was able to be seen on Wed. The staff was nice & welcome. The doctor actually made eye contact, answered all questions and did ot seemed rushed at all. I've been to 3 dentist this year and would only recommend 2 of them. I'm so glad I found Gentle Dental. Will do update after my root canal procedure.
