I've been a patient of Dr Hall for many years. I have never had a bad experience with her or any of her staff. Both front of house and back are filled with kind, friendly folks who know what they are doing. Whether it is routine, aesthetic or some dreaded procedure I highly recommend this practice.
The staff is great and was so happy with Dr. Ashraf and Thanh, had a procedure done that I thought would hurt a lot but Dr. Ashraf was very good and quick. would recommend Gentle Dental Greenfield highly.
Dr. Garber was amazing. He explained everything he was doing with my treatment including using the x-ray abd CT scan. He is splitting my root canal into 2 parts for the best result. Currently, I have no pain and no pain during the procedure--great needle technique. He did say I would probably hate him for the next couple of days, so I thought I would post this review now. The staff is also amazing!
Monique, dental hygienist was very through, fast and gentle. She is excellent and she speaks Romanian!!
Monique, dental hygienist, did a super job, even cleaning 30+ year old fillings to remove the tarnish. I will definitely ask for Monique again!
Everyone was patient, kind and caring. Procedures needed and cost explained. Definitely recommend!
I read all the review and I can say that they improved a lot, the front desk was kind, The doctor was very nice, and the staff was helpful as well. Went for my daughter's first time at the dentist and they were patient. Would recommend coming here. they also have a play area for the little kids as well!
Brand new customer in for initial consultation today. Dr. Hall and team were very efficient and helpful unmoving me through the process. Everything was explained clearly and with visuals. Multiple options were presented with recommendations and explanations of the short/long-term impact of each one. Looking forward to coming back for next treatment. Great staff.

WOW! This was the best dental experience I've had by far. I hadn't been to the dentist in about 10 years and after getting an exam at a different Gentle Dental I was referred to Dr. Garber for a root canal. I ended up needing 2 root canals on neighboring teeth and Dr. Garber got them both done on the same visit.
