I have been going to this location for several years the staff is always helpful. Periodontist Allen Honigman is fantastic, gives it to you straight. Makes sure you know what steps need to be done at all times. I am grateful for all his help, I highly recommend him.

..My review is about Marisol T. On February 28, 2019 my mother had a tooth removed without approval of her insurance. We were told that once approved, her payment of $95 would be returned to her credit card. I spent the next 2 to 3 months calling Gentle Dental on a weekly basis with no results. Life happened and I didn't call anymore. Finally in October, I called again ready to read accounting the riot act. Dr. Hall and staff were friendly, competent, and professional when I needed a crown. First of all, I was an emergency first time patient on a Saturday! Wonderful. I was referred to Dr. Garber for an evaluation. I returned to this office for a crown after my root canal. Impressed with the efficiency in this office.

They live up to the name Gentle - the staff is very friendly and professional. We hadn't been to the dentist in awhile and they were understanding and put us at ease. The doctor and hygienist were kind and told us at each step what they were going to do and what to expect. What a positive experience. I highly recommend this office.

Ive been going to Gentle Dental specifically this location for past 4 years and have always had a positive experience. My teeth cleanings are always fast and efficient and staff is knowledgeable. Dr Hall is very attentive and takes time to answers any questions.

I've been a patient here for more than five years (Elegant Smile days) and I'll definitely keep coming back! The staff is super friendly and always answers the phone right away. They are very flexible on appointments with a useful texting reminder service to keep you on track! I'm generally in and out of the office within 45min for a periodontal cleaning and x-ray no problem. I've also used their whitening trays with personalized molding prior to my wedding day and saw great results!

I like this establishment. Prices are extremely reasonable (comparatively speaking) with their dental plan. Staff is very friendly and appear happy working there. Nice environment. There was no oversell of unnecessary services. Night and day difference from my previous provider that made me despise having to go there to the point where I stopped going.

I had a Great experience today with my wonderful dental assistant and Dr John Johnston. I'm a nervous clostrophic person but yet felt calm with the xray. When Dr Johnston came into the room it was like an old friend walked in I hadn't seen in a while! It was my first visit here....but will continue to come back!
