very disappointed disrespectful I missed 1 appointment for a legitimate reason they said not allowed back insane
DO NOT COME TO THIS DENTIST OFFICE. The staff is EXTREMELY rude!!!! They do not have their information ready for you and the dentist GARBER was condescending and his assistant rude. The manager is a terror. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Never go to Gentle Dental. I barely even saw the actual doctor, the assistants did everything. Then totally over charged me for half ass work. I will go else where next time.

What a joke this place is. Avoid if at all possible. Visiting from out of town and just needed a temporary reapplied and they wanted to do a bunch of unnecessary stuff to the tune of $200. When I finally insisted on just reapplying it the quotes me $95. Local dentist on Superstition Springs gave me a reasonable quote and am able to see them in less than 30 minutes from the call. DO NOT GO HERE. Unless you have money to burn and don't care about quality.
I would never use this dentist, they low ball your initial estimate then throw an inflated cost at you when you arrive. They also processed a payment for an unauthorized user for which I got stuck paying the bill. They are crooks.
For years I was pleased with SW Dental in Scottsdale while I was working. Upon retirement I switched to the University location & for years was pleased. Then the name changed to Gentle Dental & later that convenient location was closed. For 2 years the Greenfield location has been a disappointment. Twice I've confirmed the appointments but didn't receive one. The first time was blamed on their computer so no warning text or call. My ride drops me off & I'm told no appointment. In August, I slightly chipped my tooth and needed to get it fixed. Because my insurance changed, I had to find a new dentist. I chose to come here and see doctor Pham. When he looked at my tooth, he told me that the chip was huge and my tooth would need to be ground down and crowned. He also said I would need a deep cleaning despite the fact that I religiously get my teeth cleaned and floss every night. I had an appointment Saturday at 12:00 pm and the office wasn't even open. I had received numerous reminders confirming my appointment but when I showed up, the office was totally empty. And, no one was answering the phone. So frustrated I wasted my time.
I called in to make an appointment. I was placed on hold twice because their "computers are slow" and they couldn't pull up their appointment book. The receptionist was quite cold and I felt as though I was burdening her. Then someone came back and asked how they could help me.
