I wish I could do 0 stars.They try to upsell you too much, too constantly even if you ask them to stop.Also they charged my wife $79 dollars for an Xray when we clearly stated we didn't approve ANY service our insurance didn't cover.they REASSURED everything would be covered, otherwise they won't do the procedure and now we just received this statement in the mail.I should've seen the reviews before vising this place.I simply can't believe this place is still in business.EDIT:I spoke with ****, the practice manager and he sa... read more

Didn't have a problem with the dentist but billing is a nightmare! Was told I didn't have insurance twice, which I did. They don't bill insurance at times, which I finally got straightened out. Was told my portion for oral surgery was over $800.00, which I paid, to later find out my portion was only $200.00. Its been 4 months and still waiting for my refund. 2 weeks ago I was told "The checks in the mail." Worse business practice ever!!!

My initial 1st visit at their ******************** ***********. 8am appointment. Dentist rushes on front door late at 810 am. Her hygienist doesn't arrive to work until 830am. Meanwhile neither of them acknowledging me after being called by to dental chair. Finally had to get up and leave. Obviously felt extremely uncomfortable with their professionalism and tge care I was about to receive. This place is ridiculous! The hygienist didn't care either. Dentist was worried she was going to be reported.

I am sad to report that I have lost trust in this clinic I once praised. The lack of concern for my pain, the fumbling of caring for my ongoing needs, and the gaslighting of my personal health is is nothing short of obscene. Clearly this clinic does not give a rip about making sure their patients have longterm relationships and care.

What is the culture being permeated at the Gentle Dental office located at *********************************************************************? The switch to the new accounting software has left perplexed. I now receive 3 years of billing information with 0 credits. I believe that I have been overcharged, but it is difficult to sort it out based on the information they provide. Do not use Gentle Dental.

I received care from Gentle Dental on 11-22-22, 12-15-22, 1-20-23 and a cleaning 2-7-23. I paid some $ and my insurance was billed. I had a cleaning on 08-08-23 at which time I was advised I had a credit from a previous payment which the insurance had covered. I was told it would be applied to the cost of the cleaning. I explained and confirmed by phone that my cleanings were always covered, not subject to the maximum benefit level. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. I visited twice with my son for the orthodontist with the prospect of getting him braces. The first time, we had to wait an hour after our scheduled appointment before he was seen. Fncking garbage company. If given the opportunity to rewind time and yank my own teeth out instead I'd do that. The over charged and after THREE appointments for the same issue they still couldn't get their act together. Go somewhere else. Or, grab some pliers, rip out your own ************* wipe your a** with a twenty dollar bill. It'll be less painful, and less expensive.
